Life is all about choice.
Every second of every day we’re making choices that impact on our health and wellbeing. Will I grab a coffee and muffin on the run for breakfast, or get up a little earlier and sit down to a healthful fruit salad and smoothie? Will I take that yoga class or sit in front of the telly for a couple of hours? Will I have that extra glass of wine or have a water instead? Will I explore some natural therapies and practices that can help me take control of my wellbeing and reduce stress, or will I wait until little problems become big ones and I find myself in the medical system?
The Whole Health Crew is here to show that it doesn’t have to be difficult to incorporate more healthful foods and natural practices into your daily life. Given the frantic pace of life today, we believe it’s vital to take this time to look after ourselves, to improve wellbeing, reduce stress and find ways to relax. No one else is going to do it for us!
So just who is The Whole Health Crew? We are five Kiwi women from different ages, backgrounds and family situations. Like you, we face life’s challenges. We understand there is no perfect scenario when it comes to feeding and caring for ourselves and our loved ones, and trying to meet everyone’s needs and desires. Like you, we are doing the best we can!
